Dear Colleagues,
A quick note asking that we are polite, courteous and understanding at the cafe stops. Unfortunately we are receiving increasing occasions of negative feedback. While they love our business, when the group staggering hasn't worked as well as hoped, its inevitable that we'll have to wait. We'd really appreciate your help and understanding as we rely on the cafe's as valuable partners.

Hi Bill - is there anything specific? Are we parking inconsiderately, are we queueing the wrong way, are we too noisy, are we impatient or rude to staff, are we not paying properly, are we leaving a mess? Like you say, we really appreciate the cafes that welcome us, but it’d be good to know what we’re doing wrong, even if it’s all of the above!
