We also need your nominations for the new club awards from the members you know/aware of. The three award categories are:
Inclusivity/Spirit - Most Considerate Rider - eg Consideration of others in group, follows ride etiquette, promotes safe/welcome environment for less experienced riders....
Community - Most Contributions to community activity - eg bikeability, supporting socials, fund raising, positive activity on communication channels...
Development - Most Improved Rider - eg speed, group, technical ability, confidence, explored new disciplines, safety awareness....

Party Details:
A delicious FREE buffet lunch served from 1.30pm, comprising 3 different Thai dishes, at The Railway, kicking off from 12 noon till 4pm (the pub is reserved for our use only). Plenty of room for bikes and parking too. The pub is also known for its excellent beers and is offering us Happy Hour prices as follows: £4.50 for any cask ale house lager, and house cider. Also house gin/vodka/rum with a mixer; 175ml glass of house wine; or a glass of prosecco.
Our Saturday morning rides will be routed to include watching the riders racing on the penultimate stage of the Tour of Britain, making Winchcombe Hill look easy!...and we can watch the end of the race on the pub's TV.
Hoping as usual for good weather, but don't be put off by dodgy weather, with plenty of seating indoors.
Special request...We really want as many people to come BUT we don't want to waste food so please email: secretary@cheltenhamandcounty.cc(latest by Friday 1st Sept) to let us know
- if you will definitely be coming (please also tell us if you have any special needs: vegan, veggie, or coeliacs)
AND Please feel free to bring a partner/friend, so long as you make as big a donation to CFC as you can afford (food is costing the club £20/head, so your call!)

Note: if you are NOT SURE you can come, you have until 3rd Sept to tell us. After that, you are welcome to join us for drinks, but don't pinch someone else's food!
